CLASSROOM SCHEDULES:

The schedule of classes is given below. Note that for a few classes there may be weekend classes instead of Tuesday and Thursday classes so that guest lecturers can make presentations. These classes will be scheduled to accomodate the schedule of students and the guest lecturers.

CLASSES ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. You may attend a class without enrolling at Avalon in the entire diploma program. If receiving class credits towards graduating and receiving a diploma is not important to you, then you do not need to take the exams or go through the full application process. Simply call the school at 352-375-1250 or e-mail Fei Cochrane at avalon@avalonastrology.com and let her know that you want to attend the class. Payment and form of payments will be discussed with you then we will add your name in the list of attendees.

PART TIME EVENING SCHEDULE: (CURRENTLY IN SESSION)

When enrolling for classes, students select either the Mon/Wed schedule or the Tues/Thurs schedule. Classes are from 6:45 PM to 9 PM. There is a 15-minute break about half-way through the class. There are 2 classes per week, either on Monday and Wednesday, or Tuesday and Thursday.

Note that if a holiday (Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day) occurs on one of these days, the class will be made up on Friday, so on occasion there may be a class on Friday evening, 6:45 PM to 9 PM.

A student who enrolls for the part-time evening schedule continuously will complete the program in 40 months (3 1/4 years).

PART TIME WEEKEND SCHEDULE: (CURRENTLY IN SESSION)
Students attend classes every other weekend, or, in other words, approximately twice per month, but occasionally 3 times in one calendar month.

The classroom schedule is Saturday and Sunday. 8- noon (15 min break) and 1 - 5 PM (15 min break).

HOURS OF OPERATION

The administrative offices, library, and computer room are open from 9 AM to 4 PM daily, and during other hours when classes are in operation and there is a staff member or volunteer available to monitor the facilities.
